Just arrived with us here at RFH Classics we have this stunning 1979 MGB 1.8 Roadster finished in Inca Yellow with period correct Deckchair stiped seat trim. This car can only be described as beautiful, it has been the subject of an extensive restoration program that has taken the car back to near perfect condition and original to as it would have left the factory. The body has been restored with great panel gaps and a glass like finish to the paint. Sit inside the car and you will find it has been retrimmed in the correct striped cloth trim and as you can see from the pictures, is unmarked. The hood has also been replaced and now benefits from a zip open rear window which is great for ventilation along with a half tonneau cover for when the roof is down. If required the car can come complete with the ageless plate currently fitted at no cost.

The engine, which is converted to unleaded, has good hot and cold oil pressure and is coupled to a 4 speed manual gearbox with Overdrive to 3rd and 4th which work perfectly. The engine bay is spotless as is the boot of the car. This car is probably one of the nicest we have seen this year and will be a real treasure for someone to add to their garage. The restoration work undertaken on this car has been photographed and there is memory stick containing the pictures of the work.

Under current guidelines this car is exempt from needing an MOT however prior to leaving us it will have been through for a comprehensive vehicle inspection, independent MOT and the screen price benefits from a 3 Month Warranty. This vehicle is eligible for zero rated historic road tax. We welcome customers to have an independent inspection carried out for additional peace of mind.
