With us now at RFH Classics we are pleased to offer this exceptionally well preserved and remarkably low mileage 2004 (04) Rover 25 Impression S3 1.4 3 Dr Hatch finished in the ever popular British Racing Green with a contrasting Grey interior. Showing just 24,937 miles, this is a truly standout example of a now increasingly hard to find modern classic.

The car was recently taken in part exchange by a local new car dealer and we were delighted to be offered the opportunity to bring it into our own stock. It comes to the market from previous long term ownership and the cars condition throughout is exactly what you would hope for from such low mileage example presenting in superb order both inside and out.

Accompanying the car is a reassuring and well documented history file which helps fully support the mileage. Included within this are MOT records from 2007 through to 2011, at which point the car had covered just 15,015 miles. The history then shows the Rover being taken off the road and stored between 2011 and 2018 before being recommissioned in March 2018 at 15,081 miles. The minimal increase in mileage during this period, together with the documentation, clearly supports that the car was unused and stored correctly.

We have service records in the history which are from 2007 to 2010 followed by further invoices from 2018 onwards when the car was recommissioned by the last owner’s local garage. At that point it received a new cambelt, water pump and alternator and has since been regularly maintained over the past eight years, including replacement of the catalytic converter. This gives real confidence that the car has been properly prepared and carefully looked after since returning to the road.

A particularly nice addition within the history file is the original purchase invoice, showing the car was supplied new by Evans Halshaw of Reading on 30th June 2004 to its first owner, a detail that always adds to the overall provenance.

In terms of condition, the car presents exactly as you would hope. The bodywork is exceptionally clean, the alloy wheels are unmarked, and the interior remains fresh and well preserved. Specification includes air conditioning, electric front windows, remote locking with 2 keys and fobs, and ABS brakes making this a comfortable and very usable modern classic.

Late Rover 25 models in this sort of original, unspoiled condition are becoming increasingly scarce, particularly with mileage as low as this. It is a very honest example that has clearly been carefully owned throughout its life and now represents an excellent opportunity for its next custodian to enjoy.
