MG MIDGET

Just arrived in part exchange with us here at RFH Classics we have this lovely 1979 (T) MG MIdget 1500 Convertible finished in Leyland White complete with the Black Vinyl trim. Purchased by the previous owner two years ago he has just moved up to one of our MGB Roadsters. The car was regularly used by him for local shows and longer journeys and club runs and he also drove to us recently, which was a 100 mile each way journey to view his new car, not bad for a gentleman is 84 yrs old.

Since arriving with us we have undertaken some preparation of the car including removing the trim, checking the floors and then refitted the trim using a selection of new parts to freshen up the interior. We have also added the Polished Anthracite Minilite style wheels which has improved the exterior over the standard look Rostyle wheel. Prior to leaving us we will have the car serviced and independently MOT tested ready for the new owner. The car was the subject of an older restoration undertaken by one of the other former owners we believe around 6-7 years ago and has stood the test of time well, sadly there is no record of the work undertaken which is why we have carried out a few extra checks of the car during preparation.
